Uploaded media: the images and videos you upload for processing, and the outputs we generate for you.

Usage and device data: basic analytics such as pages viewed, actions taken, and technical details like browser type, used to operate and improve the Service.

Payment data: when you buy credits, payment is handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation and limited billing details but do not store full card numbers.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the Service, process your media tasks, handle payments and credits, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve our features.

How uploaded media is processed and retained

Uploaded media is processed to produce the result you requested. Files and generated outputs are retained so you can access your recent tasks and re-download exports, and are deleted on a rolling basis or when you delete them from your account. We do not sell your media.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting, storage, analytics, and payment processing), under agreements that limit their use of it. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users. We do not sell your personal information.
