FAQ

Pricing questions people ask before they buy credits

What is a credit?

A credit is the unit remover.work uses for paid work. Credits are shared across image background removal, video background removal, and subtitle removal.

What stays free?

Image jobs always generate a low-resolution preview with a 1024 px max long edge. Video and subtitle workflows process the first 5 seconds free at your source resolution with no watermark added. Anything longer can be auto-trimmed to 5 seconds and continue free.

When do credits get charged?

Credits are charged only after a task succeeds. Quote screens show the estimated cost first. Failed jobs do not consume credits.
